TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 2026
Welcome to Let’s Jam. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.
We want our terms to be clear, fair and easy to understand. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by:
Let’s Jam London Ltd
Company Number: 15244270
Registered Address: Flat 62, Fairfield Arlington Road, London, NW1 7LE, United Kingdom
Email: laetitia@letsjam.co.uk
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Let’s Jam”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Let’s Jam London Ltd.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell jewellery, crystals, accessories, gifts, homeware and related products.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.
Many of our products contain natural crystals, stones or handmade elements. Natural variations in colour, pattern, texture, shape and size may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of natural and handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a fault.
Measurements and dimensions are approximate unless we specifically state otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Goods supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
3. PRICES & VAT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
Where applicable, UK VAT is included in the displayed price.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time. However, a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling your order. We will give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
Adding an item to your shopping basket does not reserve it.
When you submit an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after completing checkout.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the affected products.
We may refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example if:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product-listing error;
- delivery to the requested destination is unavailable; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Payment information is processed using the payment services made available through our website.
Please never send us full payment-card details by email or social media.
6. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time, Let’s Jam may offer promotional prices, discount codes, multi-buy offers, free delivery or other special offers.
Any important conditions applying to an offer will be displayed with that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- discount codes must be applied before completing checkout;
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively;
- promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period; and
- products and promotions remain subject to availability.
We may withdraw or amend future promotions at our discretion, but this will not affect orders already accepted or your statutory consumer rights.
7. UK DELIVERY
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
Where we advertise FREE UK DELIVERY, any applicable conditions will be displayed with the offer.
Delivery dates or times are estimates unless we expressly agree that a particular date or time is guaranteed.
If there is a significant delay or your order does not arrive, please contact us at laetitia@letsjam.co.uk.
Your statutory rights in relation to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
8. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, CUSTOMS & TAXES
We ship to selected destinations outside the United Kingdom.
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, customs-clearance fees, handling charges or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities.
Whether these charges are collected during checkout or become payable when the parcel reaches its destination will depend on the destination and the delivery service used.
Where charges are not collected by us at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them separately.
Customs procedures may also cause delays outside our reasonable control.
Please refer to our Delivery & International Taxes Policy for further information.
9. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will generally have a legal right to change your mind about most products.
For most eligible goods, you normally have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your statutory cancellation right.
To start a return, please follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact:
Certain statutory exceptions to the cancellation right apply. For example, cancellation rights may not apply to certain personalised or made-to-order goods, or to certain sealed goods where the statutory conditions for a health-protection or hygiene exception are met and the seal has been broken after delivery.
Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are separate from your right to change your mind.
10. FREE UK RETURNS
In addition to your statutory rights, Let’s Jam currently offers a free returns service for qualifying UK returns, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers can follow our return procedure to obtain the relevant return instructions or QR code.
Free UK returns are an additional service provided by Let’s Jam and do not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Different arrangements may apply to international returns. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
11. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
We ask that products are returned in their original condition and, wherever reasonably possible, with their original packaging, labels and accompanying components.
However, this does not remove your statutory right to reasonably inspect an online purchase.
You may handle and inspect a product in the same way that you reasonably would if examining it in a physical shop.
If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
12. REFUNDS
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This will include the price paid for the returned products.
Where required by law, we will also refund the basic cost of delivering the goods to you, based on the least expensive standard delivery method that we offered at the time of purchase.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express or premium delivery, we are not normally required to refund the additional amount above the standard delivery cost.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details and instructions.
13. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the 14-day cancellation period.
Products supplied to UK consumers must meet the standards required by consumer law, including being:
of satisfactory quality;
fit for purpose where applicable; and
as described.
If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please include your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may help us understand and resolve the issue more quickly, although requesting photographs does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
14. JEWELLERY & PRODUCT CARE
Different jewellery materials naturally behave differently over time.
Brass
Brass naturally oxidises and can develop a darker patina over time.
Depending on factors such as moisture, perspiration and skincare products, brass may also occasionally leave temporary discolouration on the skin.
These characteristics do not, by themselves, mean that the product is faulty.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to certain substances in the environment.
Tarnish can normally be removed using appropriate silver-cleaning and polishing methods.
Natural tarnishing alone does not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.
Stainless Steel
Good-quality stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and tarnishing, making it suitable for everyday jewellery.
However, it can still collect dirt, oils, cosmetics and surface marks and should be cleaned appropriately.
Plated stainless-steel jewellery may require additional care because the decorative plating can gradually wear through normal use.
Crystals & Natural Stones
Natural crystals and stones can contain variations in colour, texture, pattern, inclusions and shape.
Some crystals and stones may also be sensitive to water, salt, chemicals, sunlight or particular cleaning products.
Please follow any specific care instructions supplied with your product or available through our jewellery-care guides.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by inappropriate use or care is different from a product failing to meet the legal standards required when supplied.
15. HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Some Let’s Jam products are handmade or hand-finished.
Small differences between individual pieces can therefore occur.
These may include minor variations in positioning, texture, finish, colour, stone appearance or dimensions.
Such variations are part of the individual nature of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
16. CRYSTALS, TAROT & SPIRITUAL PRODUCTS
Our website may contain information about the traditional, symbolic, cultural, spiritual or energetic meanings associated with crystals, tarot, Palo Santo, incense and other spiritual products.
This information is provided for general, cultural, spiritual and informational purposes.
Statements concerning the traditional or spiritual properties of crystals or similar products should not be considered medical claims.
Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
17. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & COLOURS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our photographs accurately represent our products.
However, colours can appear differently depending on:
- screen settings;
- device type;
- lighting;
- photography conditions; and
- the natural variation of the product.
Natural stones and handmade products may therefore not look completely identical to the example photographed.
Where the appearance or specification of the product is materially different from its description, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original content created for the Let’s Jam website — including our branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, written content and original designs — belongs to Let’s Jam London Ltd or is used by us with appropriate permission.
The website and its content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit our original content without our permission except where permitted by law.
19. WEBSITE USE
You must not deliberately misuse our website.
This includes attempting to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access to systems or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or systems.
20. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
In particular, we do not attempt to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, except where the law provides otherwise.
Our products are primarily supplied for private consumer use. Different terms and legal rules may apply where products are purchased wholly for business purposes.
21. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, postal or courier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, failure of telecommunications networks or other significant events outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights you may have, including rights relating to delayed delivery.
22. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to a purchase will generally be those in force when the relevant contract with us is formed.
Publishing updated Terms & Conditions on our website does not retrospectively remove or reduce contractual or statutory rights relating to an order already placed.
24. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms & Conditions and contracts between you and Let’s Jam London Ltd are governed by applicable UK law.
If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you and any applicable rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any legal rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
If you have a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
