❥ Handmade Policy

We are very proud to let you know that most of our products are handmade by us. Where a piece isn’t 100% handmade, there’s a very good chance there’s manual involvement at some point in the creation or manufacturing process. You can browse everything made by hand in our handmade collection.

❥ Responsible & Ethically Sourced Products

Because we travel around the world to source the best products, we also make sure that everything we sell is responsibly created and produced.

As our ethic is based on well-being and happiness, we couldn’t tolerate selling goods of unknown origin or fabrication.

❥ Order Processing

It usually takes 3 to 7 days for us to ship your order. Some of our products are “made to order”, which means they’ll be made especially for you — please allow us a few days to get your order ready.

❥ Special Requests

Do not hesitate to contact us for a new project or a special request. We love a bespoke piece.

❥ Shipping Policies

We usually use Royal Mail as a carrier, but it is not mandatory.

We offer two types of shipping for you to choose from: 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery (which doesn’t include tracking information), and Tracked & Signed Delivery at an additional cost.
