Let’s Jam is a small independent shop in Camden Market, run by me, Laetitia — with Happy, my Yorkshire Terrier, supervising from somewhere underfoot.
Our commitment to you is simple: quality, long-lasting jewellery, customised to you — and bespoke, unique pieces made just for you.
❥ Quality that lasts
Our jewellery is either stainless steel plated with 18k gold, or real 925 sterling silver. Nothing cheap that turns your skin green or loses its colour after a few weeks.
Our 18k gold-plated stainless steel doesn’t tarnish and keeps its shine — wear it every day, in the shower, at the beach, to the gym. Our sterling silver is the real thing: solid silver.
Jewellery should be worn and loved for years, not thrown away after a season. We choose materials that last, we’ll tell you how to look after them — and if a clasp breaks or a setting comes loose, just get in touch and we’ll take a look.

Everyone is different, so our pieces are adjustable — as much as we can!
At the stall or on the website, it’s the same: need a different size or length? Just ask, and we’ll adjust it for you — before it’s sent if you order online.
❥ Bespoke, unique pieces — just for you
Have something particular in mind? A piece that doesn’t exist yet, a gift that has to be exactly right, a name, a stone, a memory?
We’ll make it with you. Bespoke work is my favourite part of this job, and no request is too small or too strange. Because it’s made for you, it will be one of a kind. Tell us your idea.
❥ Handmade — by us, or by makers we know
Much of what we sell is handmade by us, here in Camden.
The rest is handmade by other makers and artisans I’ve chosen personally — people whose work I know and whose way of working I trust. And where a piece isn’t 100% handmade, I’ll tell you. Everything made entirely by hand lives in our handmade collection.
❥ Crystals I source myself, in India
I don’t order our crystals from a catalogue. I travel to India myself to choose them, stone by stone, and to meet the people I buy from.
That way I know where each crystal comes from, how it was handled, and that the people behind it are treated and paid fairly. It’s the only way I can honestly call them ethically sourced. The full detail is on our sourcing & policies page.

Whether you visit us in Camden or order from the website, you’ll get the same care: honest advice, no pressure, and a real person happy to help. When you write to Let’s Jam, you’re writing to me, not a call centre — I read every message myself.

Changed your mind? No problem. Eligible UK online orders can be returned free of charge within 14 days — we send you a QR code, you take your parcel to your local Post Office, and that’s it. No printer, no cost, no fuss.

❥ A tree for every order — ever
Happy and I care about our footprint on the planet. So we’ve planted a tree for every single online order since our very first one in 2020 — 289 trees — and we keep going: every new order placed on our website plants another tree, through our tree-planting partner, GoodAPI.
You don’t need to do anything: it happens automatically with your order, and it costs you nothing extra. You can follow every tree we plant on our live tree dashboard.
❥ Palo Santo without deforestation

❥ Still a little jam jar at heart
Let’s Jam began in 2014 with candles poured into recycled jam jars — making something lovely out of what someone else was about to throw away. That’s still the spirit of the shop, twelve years and one new stall later.
